Small Group Online Management
Southeast has a new way to update and manage your Small Group. With ACS you can promote your group, find new members, update your activities and more. Click here to sign in. After registering, please contact the GroupLife Team so that you can have full access to GroupLife Leader materials and make changes to your Small Group information. GroupLife Agreement
A major reason why groups do not succeed is becasue of unmet expectations. Where expectations are not defined, frustration always follows. The group covenant is a tool to manage group life and establish expectations. The covenant states the logistical details of the group and the values the group holds to (i.e. relationships, confidentiality, authenticity, commitment, etc.). Each group should fill out a group covenant when the group begins. If a group comes to the end of their agreement period and chooses to continue as a group, another group agreement should be filled out. Filling out the agreement provides group members with accountability and greater ownership for the group. Here is the Southeast GroupLife Agreement (MS Word/Adobe PDF).
GroupLife Leader Application
