In Beginnings Nursery (Birth through 2 Yr Olds) we want your children to walk away knowing:

In Beginnings Preschool (3 & 4 Yr Olds) we want your children to walk away knowing:

I can love GOD.
Jesus wants to be my FRIEND FOREVER.
Beginnings is open at every weekend service. Saturdays at 4:00 pm, Sundays at 9:00 & 11:00 am.

This is why we're asking for each parent to step forward to serve. If you have a child that participates in children's ministry, please stop by the Parent Partner wall, located in each Children's Ministry area, to sign up for your time to serve. Each week in our Children’s ministry, we plant seeds of God’s love in the hearts of children, teaching and showing the love of Jesus to them during the most formative years of their lives as well as giving weary parents the chance to worship together. By rocking a baby, playing with a charming toddler, teaching preschoolers through our video-based curriculum, sitting with and befriending a child with special needs, running audio/video equipment, or helping a new family through the check-in process, you too can experience the joy of serving Christ through loving children!

| SENSORY FRIENDLY ROOM - FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, AGES 3 - 10 YEARS |

| Available at the Sunday 11:00 am service: At Southeast we believe that every child should have the opportunity to learn all about Jesus in a safe and loving environment, regardless of individual differences in development. Our Sensory Friendly Room is designed to accomodate children who have a difficult time learning in a standard classroom environment. We offer a variety of sensory exploration activities so that children are ready and able to learn. Our specially trained Ministry Partners will teach a Bible story each week, complete with application points and discussion time. Our Sensory Friendly Mininstry Partners are equipped to work with children ranging from mild Sensory Processing Disorder to Asperger's and Autism. Many of our volunteers have specialized degrees and/or careers in education, child development and other applicable fields.
