Stand up for what is right when the rest of your friends think you have totally lost it? Well, that's the dilemma faced by Horton, a lovable elephant with super hearing.

Due for release on March 14th, "Horton Hears a Who" is an animated film based on one of the wonderful books of Dr. Seuss (Ted Geisel) which have sold over 200 million copies.

If you're not already in on the know about this delightful story, Horton alone hears a tiny cry for help coming from a spec of dust floating in the air. He soon learns that the spec houses "Who-ville," an entire city populated by tiny beings, "Who's," led by their mayor. None of Horton's friends can hear this faint cry and they begin to ridicule and even look to destroy the spec of dust.

Horton defends Who-ville and the Who's. His motto? "A person's a person, no matter how small." Eventually, the Who's all cry out together - just loud enough - and they are saved as Horton is vindicated.

Your children will be delighted by this story and will understand and appreciate the theme. They won't appreciate all the metaphors - that's your job afterwards at the dinner table! As you watch the movie, think about the cries for help we all make at times. God is listening, but He answers us in His time, not ours!
